Greisy's journey was not different, after a successful law career in the Dominican Republic, it was a tumultuous journey to find the appropriate career. Recruiters recommended her to go back to school because they could not relate to her international background. Greisy relied on her previous experience to understand her worth and the value of opportunities. She is currently the VP of Compliance at Goldman Sachs, she talks to us about her harsh journey in the job market and how she is advocating for other minorities in the workforce.
